Judy Baggett graduated from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin in August 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Judy also graduated with honors from Odessa College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Real Estate in May 1987. In addition, a total of 36 hours of accounting was completed in 2003; finishing up hours at Austin Community College.
Experience includes 20 years in banking with the last position as Vice President of Commercial Lending, specializing in Small Business Administration (SBA) loans; five years as an Account Officer with FDIC, ten years as an Auditor for the State of Texas doing audits for hundreds of Not for Profit Organizations.. Judy became Secretary in March 2009. Judy and her husband have been members of Calvary Baptist since March 2008. Judy accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior at the age of 12, and has been a member of Baptist churches in Dalhart, Odessa, New Braunfels, and Kyle, TX, and Springdale, AR.
Bill and Judy were married on June 21, 1964. They have two sons, Doug and Cliff. Doug and wife in VA have two beautiful daughters, Karah – age 9, Hannah – age 7, and one handsome son, Joshua who just turned 5 on May 8. Cliff and wife in Houston have one beautiful daughter, Sydney, who just turned 6 on May 5. Garren is their handsome three year old son.
Hobbies: gardening, arts and crafts, painting woodwork, collecting nativities
